Bidra med feedbackDunno what is with the setting with the participants. They don't seem to know they work for people. Never
I have been visiting this so called 'cultural centre ' in an old mansion for over more than a decade and it 's one of my two favourite watering holes in Barranco. They 're closed on Sunday but on all other nights they have very decent gigs in...one of their three bars. All kinds of music but mainly rock, jazz or trova. Many really good Peruvian artists play here on regular basis. In the main bar where no concerts are played you can have Spanish or Peruvian snacks and all kinds of drinks at normal local prices.
The band performance was very good (Hispanic Rock Night) and both food and drinks were very delicious. The waiters were a little rude, and very helpful with the payment (they would only accept the exact amount in cash).
Good place to spend the night listening to the bands while a beer. I would not recommend this place if you want to have a conversation, music is quite loud
La Noche has a Bohemian mood that I liked when I first visited (1993, when it was new) and now, 22 years later. It's a place where you feel right at home and, after a few cold designs beers, don't want...leave.
