The best pub in the menston burley area! fantastic real ales on tap and a decent menu to go. pizzas are the best around also make them a nice simple lunch menu. george is the captain who leads the restaurant in front of the house and bar, but the rest of the staff is fantastic to a magnificent view over wharfedale from the decking and urinal (they will see what I mean when they visit)

Called in with my nephew who was desperate for some food. We were given a warm and engaging greeting by the two staff on hand in the bar. Food was delivered with a smile and good banter. Great views, great beer and charming service. Who can ask for more.

Superb outdoor decking and tiered garden seating with a great view across Wharfedale towards the river.

Always loved this pub, now it is even better. A great venue now with its fantastic views improved by the new owners investing in great outside seating. Staff are perfect, knowledgeable, friendly and profession. Great beers and food. Do visit, you will return.
