Mcdonald's - Idaho Falls

The place was pretty gross considering it just had a remodel done not long ago. My burger was raw in the center, there was feces all over the bathroom as well as t.p., over all it was pretty pilau. Only went there so keiki could play and eat. The woman trying to keep up with the cleaning was super nice. The staff were friendly. But overall was junk.

This is the best McDonald’s in town. I am glad they still offer the ability to get your own drink refills. The McDonald’s the got rid of that has lost my business. This location has good service too. Nice festive decorations, but don’t steal them! Haha.

Me and my son went to the play place and they still have the AC on. I did ask for someone to turn it down and I was told that they couldn’t it is 30° outside. There’s no reason the air should be on we were all freezing.

The manager here is rude and disrespectful to the customers. We asked a question and the managers belligerent response made me decide I'd rather drive across town to a different mcdonalds!

Ordered the big breakfast with no scrambled eggs and completely forgot my pancakes. The hash browns were underdone and greasy. This isn’t the first time this has happened I would go out your way and go somewhere else.
