Blue Hashi - Idaho Falls

Sushi was amazing, I love trying new sushi. my friend loved his combo meal that he got, the server we had was amazing that everything was in order for us. it was funny!

I have always enjoyed blue hashi since its opening and this experience did not let me down! we ordered the temporary (amazing,) the volcano roll for me and the nagasaki roll for my son! everything was delicious. just warn? the volcanic roll is hott!

I appreciated that I was at many sushi sites since I moved to idaho from California and the sushi was really good here.

We had a great dinner at blue hashi! first when you? re a fan of seaweed: the seaweed salat is a great delicious appetizer to share between two people. we tried the kikkoman and Nagisaki roles and liked both, but the kikko was our favorite! the staff was very friendly and helpful! We'll be back to try more special roles very soon!

Came here for lunch with my husband and a mutual friend. We had an absolute blast! The sushi chefs are amazing people, and we really enjoyed the conversation! I absolutely recommend you check this place out. If you're looking for something unusual, I recommend ordering the vision, and telling your server what you don't like, then let the chefs go wild with your order!
