As a frequent delivery driver who visits this location often to refuel my vehicle, I have been disappointed to encounter malfunctioning pumps on multiple occasions. While I understand that some issues may be out of their control, such as needing to replace parts or issues with card readers, it is frustrating to constantly have to switch pumps because the first one I try does not work. This sentiment is shared by the other 60 drivers I work with, who also find it frustrating to have to search for a working pump. I would hate to see this establishment lose business due to faulty pumps.

The African American employees working on December 22nd were perceived as impolite. They did not greet or seem willing to serve customers. Kwik Star nearby is a better option. While race shouldn't be a factor, it seemed to be in this case. Many customers only visit this restaurant for takeout pizza or in urgent situations.
