Sparth House - Hyndburn

The food and service were both excellent. The cozy dining room with a fireplace created a great atmosphere, and the service was top-notch. I highly recommend this place.

We chose Sparth House for our Christmas dinner this year. The starter and main courses were fantastic. However, the dessert was disappointing. The popcorn cheesecake was more like a yogurt mess on top of a cookie base, not enjoyable at all.

It was our Christmas trip and the meal was enjoyed by all. start page made veg suppe to begin: very tasty and healthy accompanied by a roll that melted in mouth. traditional turkey-rust dinner was the main thing. with generous proportions the whole round, it was the bacon stuffing that was the unexpected and enthusiastically received meeting point of dinner. I would like to count on these ones alone! a delightful prepared Christmas pudding fed in custard, followed by fudge and coffee, brought the very satisfying meal to an end. the whole food was hot and not overpaid by over ingenious flavors and was delivered cheerfully by two efficient waitresses. that was a place to remember.

I went to this restaurant for Sunday dinner with my family of 4 adults. The menu had a great variety of options to suit everyone's tastes. The food was delicious and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The Sunday menu offered great value for money and I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a good meal in the Clayton area.

Really nice wedding, staff extremely helpful and polite. Nothing was too much trouble. Room was a little tired and a little expensive for the size and quality. Very good buffet breakfast. Food for the wedding was excellent quality and plentiful, drinks reasonably priced and a...good selection behind the bar.
