Subway - Hyannis

This is one of the best Subway locations I've visited in a long time. The team behind the counter works hard and is very efficient. The sandwiches are always made to perfection, and the place is clean and fully stocked. What more could you ask for?

I recently visited this Subway and I want to express my gratitude to Felipe for his excellent and professional customer service! There was a non-compliant customer who entered without wearing a face mask. When Felipe politely asked him to put one on, the customer refused and tried to argue about the store's policy. Throughout the situation, Felipe remained courteous and calm, ultimately asking the customer to leave when he wouldn't comply. Despite this distraction, he never lost focus on me as I was at the register. Eventually, the customer left, and I believe Felipe deserves recognition for handling the situation so well while providing great service!

I was pleasantly surprised! I went in to purchase a $25 gift card and was given a free 6-inch sub gift card along with it. What a great deal!
