This establishment has a fantastic team that will take care of you, and the place is kept clean. The staff is friendly, and they consistently offer $5 footlongs. While you might not always get the exact sandwich you desire, they are always ready to assist. However, I must mention that the staff has changed in recent weeks, and unfortunately, the service has declined. The wonderful young blonde man who used to work there is no longer part of the team. He was someone who truly loved his job, and it's a shame he was let go; they couldn't compensate him adequately for the excellent service he provided, and his cheerful demeanor always brightened my day. It's disappointing, and I know many of my friends and colleagues have started going elsewhere for lunch. It saddens me because he always managed to put a smile on my face, no matter how I was feeling.

This restaurant is fantastic! The young woman at the counter was making sandwiches on a bustling Friday night, and she handled all the orders with impressive professionalism and efficiency. The food is fresh and tasty, and they really support all their staff! It seems like a wonderful place to work alongside great people.

The food was excellent, and the staff was incredibly friendly. Despite being short-staffed, they managed everything very well.
