Jersey Mike's Subs - Hyannis

We've been there twice, their subs are great, freshly made to order. they were fast and very polite. there the subways are fresher.

Got my order wrong and took 25 mins to make a call in order, waited 10 for them to make it when I got there in 15 minutes like they told me to. The sub was sloppily presented and made with no effort it seemed. First and last time trying Jersey Mikes, Disappointing.

Nobody wearing a mask. I won’t be back until after the pandemic is over. Subs are ok but nothing special. Prices are a little high.

The food quality is excellent, the service is superb, the pricing is super reasonable but most importantly the staff are responsible and care and make sure they always get your order right. Special thanks to Shane and Tyler who really went the extra mile to fulfill my special order.

Google says they close at 9, the sign on the door says they close at 9, so why are they closed at 830? With all the employees still inside just talking to each other? Hmmmmmmmmmmmm
