Bidra med feedbackThe most generous act of my life is giving this pathetic excuse for an establishment 1 star, while they truly deserve NONE. There is absolutely no reason for this Chipotle to still be running, they have no idea what they’re doing. Consistently understaffed, consistently screwing up orders, THEY’RE PITIFUL. Do not waste your time or money eating here. And here is a fun picture of what my burrito bowl ended up looking like! I asked for chicken, white rice, black beans, guacamole, corn, lettuce, and cheese
THIS PLACE NEEDS HELP! This one star review is not anything personal. It’s based off of my experiences from every time I’ve ever gone over these last two years. Chipotle Hyannis used to be spotless inside and the employees did their best to give a good experience. Now it’s filthy, staff trying to do their best with with a lack of menu options and probably think their job is a joke because no one seems to be guiding them and management isn’t providing a good environment. No excuse for this place to be as dirty as it is. During the evenings, The workstation counters seem to always have caked on food, random kitchen utensils left on surfaces throughout the kitchen and it seems like the floors in the kitchen always have food everywhere. There’s never either straws or lids for sodas. Please, get it together. I’m not sure if this place is owned locally, who the managers are, etc. I don’t throw out one-star reviews and am an empathetic person. I keep trying this place because I genuinely love the chipotle menu and want to support this local business. I’m not sure how long it will continue to be acceptable on my part though. If you’re reading this review, consider doing something different than what has been done since the pandemic. In a world where limitations and supply issues are demanding, Many companies are forced to try their best and find a new way through this chapter. This place is not one of them. It could change though!
This place needs leadership. Nick, the general manager, is missing in action. It’s difficult to articulate how consistently horrendous this establishment is. Over the past few years I’ve been here numerous times and I’m not kidding, never once has there not been an issue. Today there was no chicken, vegetables, guacamole, vinaigrette…but many missing ingredients is standard for this location. Our visit today began with a handwritten sign, “no forks or spoons.” Inside, the soda fountain was ran by itself while everyone just stared — maybe they were trying to create some ambient water fall sounds while you wait in line?! After waiting in line for 15 minutes we ultimately just left as we watched the employees prepared food, walk around the kitchen for ingredients touching multiple surfaces,and work the cash register with the same gloves. If you don’t mind risking a little foodborne illness and only want an ingredient or two in your burrito/bowl — give this spot a try (and don’t forget to bring a fork! . Otherwise, probably not worth the trip.
If I could give 0 stars I would. This place sucks. Ordered online waited 45 minutes past pickup. Given the wrong order and then was told they were out of white rice, black beans and literally everything I ordered. Was told to request a online refund. Can’t figure out how to get the refund. Totally unprofessional.
Do not eat at this chipotle, specifically this one. It is a wonder that corporate hasn’t come in and cleaned house, that or the health inspector. 7:00pm dinner rush, the 5 employees behind the counter lacked leadership, organization and basic understanding of what to do. Clearly needs a new manager. Maybe promote the ONE guy making entire burritos and ringing up customers, unclear what’s the other 4 we’re doing. They were out of lots of things. No ice in drink machine, floors looked like a bunch of drunks had a late night food fight in the dining room yesterday. Been three times in a couple months, each experience worse than the last. Go next door to 5 guys or if you want a burrito, Taco Bell or Sam Diego’s is around the corner.
