I don't eat wendys or almost food often so I didn't know they didn't have google pay. tara, the manager, said politely that they hadn't, and then she told me she would give me my breakfast anyway. I offered to come in later and pay, and she said it was okay, it was on her. A great start in my morning! it is wonderful to start their day as debt collector with real human quality.
My fianced and I came to wendys on 09.06 and we never had a better service in an almost food restaurant! the dame, tina, to take our order, had a smile all the time and had such a good attitude! the manager (not sure his name) came and checked us to make sure that the food tasted well and to make sure that we did well! If I could give 6 stars, I would!
So we order through the Wendy's app. We placed our order and were charged for our order. Upon arriving at the restaurant, I was told their was no record of our order. After talking with the staff I was told that sometimes it happens, and we would have to contact customer service for a refund, as I would have to reorder everything, and pay again. After contacting Wendy's customer service we were informed the local restaurant should've refunded our money. I've had no issues, with the food, or employees, other than this situation.
They completely rebuilt the building. the service was much faster and the food quality is better. Hopefully they can run this place well.
