Long John Silver's A&w - Hutchinson

I have had very good experiences at the Long John Silvers restaurant on Main St. in 2024, after a very bad experience at the 4th St. restaurant last year. The 2 Fish Meal was fresh and as good as I remember from other towns, the Coleslaw, corn, hush puppies were delicious. There were crispy crumbles in the box.

Eat is good. all seasoned and flatware in the bag. friendly staff. only after: it takes a long time to get through the. drive the line. be ready to spend at least 20 minutes (my last visit was 32 minutes in the line.

Ordered fish and chicken and got only chicken. Live 30 miles away so didn't know til I was already friendly. The gal at the window was super friendly though.

Usely the food is excellent this time the food was so so and i ask for tarter sauce and if there was a half of a tea spoon in each container id be exaggerating when i got home and got them out couldnt belive my eyes

I was so very disappointed eating here. I don't know what has happened to this place. There food used to be good. Now there food is not the same as it used to be. There chicken planks were more like nuggets. But the most troubling was inside was very dirty and there were about 4 girls working there and not a one of them had a hair net on. After I placed my order I waited for my food and watched the employees scrambling around running into each other in such a small space. Then I noticed that some guys had come in the back door and they too were now in the back cooking area. And it looked to me like it was there boyfriends. After waiting for aprox 20 minutes for my food one of the girls bring my order and I start checking to make sure it's all there and I med I noticed items were missing so I told the employee and she proceeded to argue with me about my order. Clearly you could read the menu and see my order and what I was supposed to get, but she wouldn't look at the menu and the wording and see what items I was still owed. It became such a mess and I got upset and left. When I got home I pulled everything out of the bags and was still missing several items .. I will never give them my money again. The employees were disrespectful and rude. Not to mention I paid 40 bucks to not have my order corrected, and the employees didn't care about the customers at all. As I was pulling out of the parking lot I noticed they had all went out the back door where the boyfriends were parked and began to play with a dog in the parking lot.
