The staff was amazing! The food was delicious, although my sub felt a bit lacking in meat and cheese.

Gina was incredible! She assisted me when the delivery driver didn't have enough change. I'll definitely be returning very soon!

We typically order delivery, and it's always quick. The Caesar chicken wrap with ranch seasoning has officially become my favorite. I prefer it plain, but my wife likes to have everything on hers.

The service here is always exceptional! When I have a hectic day at work, I occasionally opt for delivery to make things easier, but I also enjoy picking up my order. Today, I initially ordered for pickup but had to change my plans due to an issue at work. The staff was incredibly kind and accommodating, which really helped me avoid skipping lunch entirely. Excellent location! I often eat at Jimmy John’s, and I can tell you that not all locations are the same. The one near my house could really use some improvement. I won't criticize them too harshly, but the Hurst, TX location near my workplace is the best I’ve experienced. It’s fantastic! Kudos to them. Please keep up the great work!
