Bidra med feedbackI usually come to this one even though they take a long time in the drive thru. But today I ordered and payed online and go pick it up. I hear someone talk though the speaker but can’t understand them, I wait about 13 minutes and I just decide to pull up. This employee tells me that they aren’t taking orders today and to get my money back on the app. Very disappointed.Update: two months later, still understaffed and app doesn’t work. For the 10 minutes I was in line trying to order on the app, the only reason I moved up was because someone would decide to leave.
Food was dry. Ordered the honey butter chicken biscuits there was barely any honey butter on all 3 the chicken was also dry. It tasted like they were warmed up in the microwave!
There today with vicky the cash order and my wife ordered 2 chicken breast and 2 junior bacon cheeseburger and 1 drink and vicky said with a posture they don't want the combo? my wife said no thank you and vicky said with posture to be better with the combos! now, the combos don't come with 2 sandwiches and wanted no pommes. we get our food and into the car and we had 3 burgers and 1 huh? the pattys were burned and the rolls were hard! we were in a hurry so we didn't have time to go back to much less deal with them. I'm not back.
Very fast service inside, despite a line of autos. happy smiling hostess that makes her day easy, you know what I say? that was hot. from salt packages, so she gave me salt in a container. that went beyond and beyond. it was the best to eat and the experience I had in one.
No reason to order online inside locked so I had to wait in a 15 car line to pick up my online order. I was there for my 1:20 pick up time didn't get my food until 145. App should have a locked door notification. I hd aid online so I has to wait.
