Bidra med feedbackOne of the best places to eat for a fancy dinner in Huntsville. Their scallops are my go-to meal! Wine list is pretty good but you have to spend a good amount on a decent bottle of wine. I would recommend to stay away from their $100 wine and food pairing days. Hardly any food for 7 courses and for a $100 per person. I've rented out their chefs table and the menu was pretty good!
Food/Drinks: The Angus filet was cooked to medium rare perfection, the mashed potatoes were silky, and the broccoli was perfectly steamed and had a great red pepper flavor. My husband had the venison. It was both cooked and cut unevenly, but it was very flavorful and hearty. The avocado fried green tomatoes were delicious, and the butter beer was probably one of my all time favorite cocktails. The okra salad was also good, but I wouldn't order it again. Service: 10/10 everyone was helpful and friendly. The people really make this place great. Atmosphere: The seating arrangements could be better. Some of the tables need more space between them. The couple at the next table was within an arm's length from where I was sitting (bar side, in front of the window), which is pretty off putting when you're trying to have a romantic and intimate meal. We plan to go back, but will hopefully be seated elsewhere. The decor/general feel of the restaurant is relaxed and upscale in a vintage way, the music is even better, and the chairs are surprisingly comfortable.
Always great service, good food.. Always compliments to the chef..
This will sound unusual, but this place is stupidly expensive and worth it. I had a very good steak, while my wife ordered some bizarre entree that I wouldn't have looked at twice. When she had me try what I guess was supposed to be duck sausage... it was probably one of the best things I've ever tasted ever. The entire entree was incredible. The problem with really good chefs is they will occasionally push boundaries, and you might be on the receiving end of a bad experiment. So far, the chef(s) at The Bottle have not disappointed. Great date night restaurant, or special occasions. If I could afford to eat there more frequently, I would.
Very nice spot for dinner. The red snapper was awesome and the blackened tuna was cooked perfectly. The crème brûlée was also a great high spot.
