The Avenue Apartments Huntsville

I recently moved into The Avenue. I first spoke with Yolanda on the phone, as I was renting sight unseen . She is professional, knowledgable, personable, kind, and extremely helpful. She went above and beyond her duties to help me find the perfect apartment for me. When I first arrived, we hugged, as if we were old friends. Johnathan, Jasmine, and Yolanda all helped make my move in an easy experience. The location is great, close to restaurants, shops, the Huntsville Museum of Art, parks, trails, and everything else you could want. I love it here. Thank you Yolanda!

One of the most beautiful apartments in Huntsville! Highly recommend Yolanda. She helped me with everything I needed, and was fast and reliable.

We were seated and waited 10 minutes before anyone came to the table. We ordered a Reuben and a roast beef melt. Both were decent but nothing great especially for the cost. $30 plus for two medium sandwiches and fries. The waiter was good. The hostess was good.The atmosphere was good and a good location. If you want to enjoy the bar, the view and the atmosphere then go. If you just want to grab a sandwich skip Melt and grab Araby's for half the cost.

This one really caught me by surprise. I had their Cuban sandwich, and let me say, it was the best one I’ve ever eaten. I also partook in their Alabama Mule, which was exceptionally flavorful, and honestly my favorite flavor of mule yet. My girlfriend had their club, and it was super Smokey flavored and everything a club sandwich should be. The fries are crispy and flavorful, and they have like a spicy brown honey mustard that goes perfectly with the fries. Her littler brother had a cheese burger with Mac and cheese, and that was mind blowing simply for a kids meal. All in all, definitely a place anyone should visit if you want some good lunch!

We can't thank Yolanda enough for her exceptional support during my son's move to the Avenue! She was always available to answer our many questions, and it's a testament to her proactive approach that we didn’t have many at all—she anticipated our needs and ensured everything was taken care of in advance. Yolanda never said no, wait, or I don’t have time! Her extensive knowledge of the property and the surrounding area was invaluable. She was incredibly responsive to all our calls and adapted her schedule to accommodate ours. I know my son will love living at the Avenue, and as a mom five hours away from Huntsville, it’s comforting to know there's someone like Yolanda I can rely on if needed. If there were an option for a rating of 10, I would have given her an 11 for her outstanding performance!
