Shipley Do-nuts - Huntsville

The variety of donuts is impressive. My granddaughters really enjoy the donut holes. The staff is friendly and attentive.

This Shipley restaurant is the cleanest and most well-managed establishment I’ve encountered in a long time. The customer service was exceptional. Even though it’s quite a distance from my home, I will certainly return again and again! Thank you, and may God bless you and your business! — Monroe

I noticed that this location charges an extra dollar for donuts, while all other Shipley locations sell a dozen mixed at the same price. Additionally, I was uncomfortable with how my coffee was served, as the employee kept touching the rim where I drink. I asked for a new cup, but he continued this habit. After asking him three times not to touch the rim, I became quite frustrated. To make matters worse, their donuts aren't as good as those at other Shipley locations, making the higher price feel even less justified.

The donuts are surprisingly tasty for a chain, but I was disappointed to discover that there were no cake donuts available, which is what I was looking for. On the bright side, the staff was exceptionally friendly and went out of their way to greet me and chat.

There are several nearby spots that provide much better donuts, with a wider selection and more reasonable prices.
