As others have already pointed out, either the website is wrong or they are simply not willing to work on certain hours. arrived on Friday at 1 hour, 3 employees on the parking lot smoked all the clothes still fully dressed, which tells me they are already closed.

Waits for the loudspeaker for probably 5 minutes. Finally, someone has said on rude wise, go on with urinary order when I commanded them, is that all the carry stuff out and out of the mic no hallo welcome to krystals I can take them their order no thanks they have a day of debt only rude!

Placed a drive through order about 8 o'clock and got asked to pull up and wait. We sat there 30 minutes. In this time we witnessed a homeless woman come in off the street and take out all the trash and replace the bags. She was given a bag of food and then left. Once the 30 minutes had elapsed I went up and knocked on the door to ask about my food. This is when I was told the grills were shut down and the other employee was leaving and the manager was alone. She swore she told me this before I placed my order, neither me or my girlfriend remember that ever being said. She then got an attitude when I asked for a refund? I'm not sure what the problems the store faced but this was ridiculous.

Burgers weren't fresh, soggy in the middle and dried out on the edges! Long wait for no good reason and was missing item.

It needs a good cleaning, the friteurs must be cleaned, the pommes were dark brown, the crystals were great, the staff was friendly and did their best, the 2 stars is solely due to seeing a chaotic kitchen (I know that many places are behind the scenes, but this was above all a bit exaggerated) and the parking lot has a lot of throw could scatter,
