They didn?t support the app so I missed out on points and my ice cream cone was made sloppy. Also my bfs blizzard wasn?t mixed all the way

I visited this particular business on yesterday and the cook (male) used profanity towards me. He was angered because I saw him warm up my burger in the microwave and I asked if I could get a fresh cooked burger. The manager was hostile towards me (male- day shift) and pretend not to here the cook?s hostility. I remain calm and asked for my money because I did not trust him to cook my food. Will not return until things change for the better. #Respectfully

If all other burger compounds fight, this dairy queen has kept a very high customer service. I never have to wait a long time in register during lunch is one of the nicest people they meet, and they always check on the customers to make sure their order is correct. she takes care of us! the quality of food was extremely consistent.
