Burger King - Huntsville

Burger king sends big goods in the post. Recently it seems that eating was better. some days it takes long to get my order. deplorable that people work.

I don't even know if this place is open.. went there at 9pm after work nobody even comes to the speaker...come to find out they were closed at 9pm.. and I found out cause I drove to the window to ask while dude was on his phone at the counter ...if you in Huntsville skip this place .. it's a other burger king down the road near sparkman

Cashier courtesy was fine, food was not! Half hot, half not and my burgers tasted as if they had been prepared already. Update flavors for soda machine...didn't even have cola syrup, terrible!

This restaurant needs to be shut down because they have horrible service and they have a white chicken named Raven who seems to think she is gangsta she has a nasty attitude and she has the nerves to curse at customers the food was cold and made wrong. If I could rate this store a 0 I would .

It would not allow me to give them a 0. First I ordered a combo, they informed me that drink machine was out of order the shake machine was out of order the slushy machine was out of order and only thing I could get with my combo was a cup of water! This is atrocious being that I am paying almost $10 for a combo. Secondly I ordered a whopper with cheese cutting thank you cut in half when I got to the window the burger was already made which made me very skeptical. I looked at the burger and it was burnt black on the top and wall on the bottom dried out. I asked for the manager and I asked him if he prepared this burger, he stated yes. He was of Mexican ethnicity and he was very rude and very unprofessional. I considered getting the burger remade but his attitude was so foul I did not trust it. No disestablishment I’ll Jordan Lane need to be shut down immediately. I went there yesterday and they were closed out for some unknown reason. He made me so upset I took the ketchup packs and threw them back in the window which definitely took me out of character. Do not go to the Burger King on Jordan Lane it really needs to be shut down and I pray that the health department a better business Borough can review this and go over there and pay them a visit. I am definitely not the type to see someone lose their job a mess with someone’s livelihood but they all wanted a clown so if this establishment
