Fresh and delicious Huagies and sandwiches. Very recommended!

The food at this restaurant is excellent, with the best cheese steak you can find both in Philadelphia and beyond. The rolls are always fresh and the steak is delicious.

While my husband was in town for business and the kids came along, I searched Google for a place to eat and found this restaurant. I am so glad we decided to give it a try! The chicken cheese steak was delicious and full of flavor, the kids loved it. The pizza fries were also tasty, with a homemade sauce that was excellent. The onion rings were the best I have ever had, especially when paired with the delicious homemade sauce. The regular cheese steak was also very good. Everything was fresh and made to order, and I really appreciated the attention to detail, from the homemade dips to the sauce on the fries. This is something many restaurants lack nowadays, so thank you for that. My only criticism would be that the older man working there could have smiled a bit more, as he seemed somewhat grumpy and unwelcoming. However, the older women and two girls working there were incredibly sweet and helpful. Overall, a great dining experience.

I have tried to order from Heritage Hoagies three times in the last four weeks, and each time I was informed that they were out of rolls. How does a hoagie shop run out of their main ingredient so frequently? I have never experienced this before. Unfortunately, I will be taking my business elsewhere as there are plenty of other restaurants that would appreciate my patronage. Sorry Heritage Hoagies, but I have to move on.
