Bidra med feedbackThis is your one stop shop for everything you need. Best huck shakes around, and the burgers are really good too. If you're visiting, this is the place to for souvenirs, t-shirts, and lots of other fun and unisual stuff to take home with you. If you're on your way to the park, it's an easy stop. Lits of parking, easy in and out. Give it a try. You won't be disappointed!
Outstanding huckleberry pie. That's why we went and that's what we got. Hot food menu was limited to burgers but we didn't try them. Ordering is an inside walk up register. Service was friendly and quick. There is also a good selection of ice cream for cones and related items. You receive your purchase at the counter and select any open table then bus the tray yourself. It's a charming little place that feels like it belongs near the Glacier entrance. It's cute and friendly.
Yes I love there store the Huckleberrys are so delicious. They have a beautiful place
When you go to Montana, everyone says you need to try huckleberries. This is the place to do it as they have an entire store and restaurant dedicated to them. They have jellies, jams, jerky, candies, milkshakes, and anything else you may need. We all tried the milkshakes which were very flavorful and sweet. The first time I came here the pie was exceptional when I came a few years ago, but it definitely tasted more artificial this time around. Still worth the try. Definitely worth stopping in.
Although the store concept is great and it's loaded with huckelberry treats, the huckelberry pie is a big disappointment. The filling tastes like jam. The crust is what you would find on a meat pie at a cafeteria and not reflecting the wonderful reputation of the world's best pie. The crust is 3/8 inch thick where the lid meets the shell. A lot of the weight is the crust and not the berry's. The crust is thick and very chewy. The filling is ok but the berry's are all cooked and taste like jam. A world class huckelberry pie should be made with a flakey light crust and have a majority of raw berry's to give the pie a real zing of huckelberry flavor. We also purchased the huckelberry licorice and it was pretty tasty. The huckelberry taffy was gross and stale and stuck to the wrapper. The owner never responded to our input so that's disappointing. Huckelberry pie is the best pie in the world but not these ones.
