Great American Hamburger Company

Food was ok. Service was TERRIBLE! Waited 1 hour for food. Saw multiple parties come in after who were served sooner. The worst part was getting lied to when asking about the status of our order not once, but twice. Will not be returning.

They can't cook American food at all! This place has gone down hill terribly! It's over priced to the max!

The video games weren't working, or that weren't plugged in. Either way it would've been fun to play while wait since it took a while for our food

We were a large group of people with many dietary restrictions. They customized each of our orders patiently and were super nice to us. The food came out fresh. Will definitely visit again when I am in the area.

Portion size was huge and seemed like a decent place but absolutely everything we got was overdone, both chicken and burger.
