Subway - Humboldt

I worked there for 4days and I was forced to quit!! They are rude and racist! You don't get paid for overtime!!

Normally I am thoroughly pleased with the service at either or both of the Subway restaurants in Humboldt. Sadly that was not the case today. After some quick shopping we decided to grab sandwiches. The employees seemed to be there without any sort of management. There was a young girl and a young guy. He didnt have a name tag on and her tag had the Sub part covered with part of her name Alli , so it literally said Alliway . Please keep in mind we were not there at closing so they should have been focusing on customers. Instead she seemed to be more interested in cleaning and he was literally fixing our sandwiches from start to finish...one at a time. By the time they finally got the last of 4 finished we had been standing there over 30 minutes and the first sandwich was already cold after being toasted to start with. She had an issue in the kitchen and they traded places and she took over making our last two sandwiches she couldn 't get her gloves on and went through 3 pair. We repeated our sandwiches yo her multiple times. While she was fixing them he finished whatever the issue was in the kitchen and had time to take the trash to the back of the store. He came back and stood there staring at walmart customers while she was still trying to get her gloves on. She finally got our last sandwich made and burned her hand before she completed the veggie part so that took another 5 minutes of her and him comparing boo boos. All the while I tried to remain calm and remember they are just kids. Another couple came up and walked off after seeing how long it was taking. Finally an older lady came up and the young man made her sandwich while the girl was trying to cram 4 foot long sandwiches into one bag...which she couldn 't get opened!! My son ordered a pizza. They were out. They were frozen. So he ordered a pretzel and she had to go get it from the back. She promptly handed it to him without any form of wrapper and no napkins. We had to wrap it ourselves and put it in the bag...which we did while my card was in the chip reader. Then...icing on the cake...she had the nerve to rush us so she could ring up the older lady behind us and while we were completing HER job. I wont yo back to that subway again unless there is management on duty. These two were clearly not ready to be left alone.
