Whataburger - Humble

Ordered a #1. Bun was stale, the patty was very salty and severely overcooked, and there were not enough toppings.I eat at Whataburger often several times a week but stopped at this one because I was doing business in the area. The line moved as quickly as most Whataburgers I've been too but the meal was not great. Maybe a new cook or someone on their way out?

Today was the best French fries I've had in a year.

I just would like to acknowledge the young guy that was working the drive thru the register on Friday March 8, 2024 between 12:30-1p. I didn’t get his name. Just a simple extra step he took w/my order made all of my day. Good customer service goes a long way sometimes hard to get. If so happen you see this. It’s the lady in the Black Dodge Ram . It may have been simple to you you may think “oh, I was just doing my job”; but it meant everything to me. Shout out to you. I really appreciate you ?

I ordered through DoorDash, and they delivered the wrong food.

Luke, the general manager, is fantastic! He is always friendly and attentive. The service is quick, and the sandwiches are consistently made to perfection!
