Starbucks - Humble

Excellent workers, professional, friendly, helpful, and efficient

Can't live without Starbucks!!Okay .. I could actually live, .. but life wouldn't be as much fun.I really enjoy coffee flavored coffee .. so my Starbucks order is usually dark roast coffee!! ?

Went to pick up a drink for my husband. He ordered online. I was greeted as I walked in through the door. The cashier was friendly and attentive. There were at least 7 other people waiting on drinks so I had to wait as well. I sat at a table and my hand stuck to it. It was very sticky, the table needed cleaning. Other than that all the workers were working as fast as they could to get the orders out in a timely manner, and they did indeed.

Very busy today. Chloe kept up with the register and making coffee. She made the time to go back and add to my order (shot of hot chocolate). The rest of the staff was very efficient getting drinks out, and thanked everyone for waiting. They greeted regulars by name. Enjoyed watching them work while waiting.

Disappointed... blame other people for your mistakes. Michael I guess was his name. Terrible experience...
