Little Caesars Pizza - Humble

There are plenty of other great places to get pizza, so there's no reason to choose this one. The lobby was uncomfortably warm, and the staff did not seem friendly at all.

Service was pretty bad cashier didnt even make eye contact and mumbled through the whole exchange. From the other reviews seems like this common. I called ahead and ordered a custom deep dish peperoni bacon. First they made it wrong and gave me peperoni sausage. That doesnt bother me as much as this next part. So I can tell they didnt proof the dough long enough as its flat and chewy inatead of thick and crispy. Toppings were inconsistent, some pieces didnt even have any sausage on them. Sauce job was bad, lots of dry spots and other spots were way to saucey. Overall pretty sloppy pizza. Didnt have high expectatipns but wow... for a 13$ pizza i expext something halfway decent. If your craving a detroit style deep dish like i was take a pass on this place. I wont be back.

I'm planning to visit again, but I previously had a poor experience with customer service. They now have new management, and I believe the assistant manager, named Rico, is doing a great job. He's very quick, friendly, and works hard. If he ever leaves, I might reconsider going back, but as long as he's there, my daughter and I will continue to visit once a week despite our busy schedules.

The hot ready pizzas are rarely actually ready. I waited ten minutes for a cheese pizza that barely had any cheese on it. It was more like eating crispy, hard bread. They look better than they taste, but at least it’s only $5.

Please don't go here, they literally have the worst customer service I've ever seen in my whole life, the employees see you too crazy, they don't acknowledge when you go to the facility and just stare at you! You? rude and obnoxious I will never come back here again if there is zero star that?s all I would give them Wilson Road is the worst Lil Caesars I've ever been, someone has to come and check there You this place the employees are less than enthusiastic about their work like a literally don?t obviously worry nobody bothers to report this location!!!!
