Chili's Grill Humble

Love the Big Bacon Cheese burger! Loaded Fries $5 margarita...all day!!!! Hostess was super sweet and waitress was wonderful! Definitely coming back!

Service was slow. Waiter forgot about us a couple times. Hostess was caring and attentive. The burgers are surprisingly delicious. Salads are heavily dressed so if you don't like that ask for it on the side.

Terrible service! We waited 30 minutes to be seated, and not a single staff member acknowledged us as they walked by. Just as we were about to leave, a customer at the bar informed us that we needed to seat ourselves. We thanked them and passed the information along to another guest. This Chili's has been the worst one I've ever visited. I don't know who the management is, but they really need to hire more staff with better customer service skills! To make matters worse, there were only six tables occupied in the whole restaurant, with maybe four people at the bar!

Absolutely terrible. This restaurant used to be fantastic when we first moved to Fall Creek, but it has really declined. You can tell by the number of empty tables that there are hardly any customers, yet there were no waiters available to serve us. We were seated in the bar area, while the rest of the restaurant remained unoccupied. To make matters worse, the floors in the bar area were in a state you'd typically expect in a restroom—sticky and littered with paper napkins. It was repulsive. Getting a waiter or any kind of service felt like trying to find someone lost in the back. We ultimately decided to leave in frustration. This place is in dire need of new management and falls far short of the Chili's brand standard. I recommend going to Roadhouse instead; you'll notice a significant difference. There are plenty of other options in Fall Creek—honestly, anything is better than Chili's.

The atmosphere at this location has really gotten better. I hadn't visited in a couple of months because the staff was rude during my last trip. This time, my server had someone assisting her, and that person was fantastic—very attentive. It was definitely the best Chili's experience I've had in ages!
