If there is a mobile ordering drive through option, the drive through should probably be open. I'm not waiting in a packed lobby for over 20 minutes to get 2 blizzards I ordered way beforehand. This store should not have mobile ordering at all if it is going to be that much of a pain. I don't blame the workers, they are doing their best with a hard job. But this place is so ridiculously mismanaged and there aren't enough hard workers out there to fix it. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
