Bidra med feedbackThis place on tripadvisor found how we wanted to try an authentic alpine fondue, but also something for the younger members of our party who were not thrilled on the fondue idea. this place matched the bill as the menu offered pizzas and other. sorted options so that I can get a message over messenger for a reservation. communication was fast and efficient. I would certainly recommend booking especially around the peak times, as the restaurants are booked throughout the resort before weeks. eating was really good. we will return when we find ourselves in alpe D’Huez
We were in les bergers and so it is very comfortable. but with that I would definitely recommend it, we actually eat here twice and both paint the food and service were excellent. there is a special menu and on different days. they have a different set menu that is worth a look. even if they are a big party, we were not, but from being in the restaurant they seemed good to deal with them. the buffet dessert idee is a winner and great for children as they can try a little of different things.
In the basic of a hotel in les bergeres. decor has a pseudo-alp look in a Ramada type hotel. Moreover, eating is very good, traditional savoyard. the bark fondue in the wein broth was beautiful. beautiful service and perfect for filling meals...apres ski.
We stayed at this Pierre Vacances for eight nights this summer and bought the demi pension offer dinner in the restaurant every night. Guess what it was the highlight of our stay. The food here is superb...very good servings...very good quality and perfectly...cooked. The wait staff are very attentive and very nice. You don't really expect to find a restaurant of this quality in an apartment block. And get this we paid €50 per night for a 3 course dinner for two adults and two children. If you like your beer...try the Stella Artois pression (off the tap) €2.80. You don't often see beer where the bubbles are coming up until the last drop and where the foam leaves a line around the glass with every sip (sign of good beer and clean glasses). And another surprise it's cold unlike the warmish beer you find all over France (I've lived here 15 years). The local favourites are a lot of fun raclette, fondue, pierrade, tartilflette. They put a large double sided raclette machine on the table for you to scrape your own cheese. Likewise the fondue and the hot plate for the pierrade. Really I couldn't fault this place. They would leave a lot of Five star restaurants for dead. Fanny the owner/head chef is always keeping an eye on things. Highly recommended for ALL the family. Loved it.
Had nice dinner in a good atmosphere. The staffs are nice and friendly. I'll definitely visit again.
