Soho Sushi Lounge Fine Cuisine - Hudson

My wife and I, sushi lovers, discovered this restaurant shortly after moving to Hudson. We found it recommended on TripAdvisor and decided to give it a try. Our experience got off to a rocky start when our nigiris were forgotten on our first visit. However, the staff quickly rectified the mistake by giving us a future credit. The sushi here is amazing! During quarantine, we ordered takeout from here once a week. We have also recommended it to friends, who were impressed with the large selection of sushi choices. On one visit, my wife wanted sushi again, but I opted to try the bibimbap, which was also delicious.

This small family-owned restaurant may be petite in size, but it offers a wide variety of sushi dishes. The menu features many unique and satisfying rolls that will please the taste buds. The lunch options are especially delicious.

My friend (loving sushi) and I was looking for a sushi place in vaudreuil last night. tripadvisor suggested this place (which is about 10 minutes for vaudreuil) as its top selection. it was right again! we drove to nokoraya and enjoyed a really. nice dinner. everything was fresh. the service was good and they were worried about our satisfaction. we took their 30 pieces special, containing 2 suppen and 2 salads. it was just the right quantities. we will be coming back

We have eaten here a few times. there have been times when the food was excellent and the last time we felt it had been pre-cooked and heated up for us- dry and overcooked. the service also fluctuates as they are often busy and don't...seem to have enough staff so the wait time is long. The atmosphere is always noisy as the restaurant is very small.
