Carambola - Hudson

We were disappointed to no longer have tapas on the menu. It was one of the only restaurants in the area to offer this type of meal. We liked our meal. Very nice presentation, very good. A little expensive.

The food was amazing. I’ll be totally honest, I was very disappointed to see that new owners took over and the menu had changed. There were lots of tapas that I was excited to share the experience with someone and was a bit shocked that a perfect menu was changed. I will return though :

The food and service at this restaurant were fantastic, and we definitely plan on returning. The steak was cooked perfectly, and the scallops were delicious. It's a shame they don't serve alcohol, but bringing your own drinks is a decent alternative.
