Checkerboards Pizza - Hudson

This is a decent place to get a good lunch to a reasonable one. The food is good, the place is clean with plenty of seating and ample parking. With their menu selections and specialties of the day, you will be able to choose a dish for your pleasure. My favorite is the Cajun Salat Burrito bowl.

We had the HUGE king cut of prime rib, and it was absolutely DELICIOUS! The baked potato was cooked to perfection as well. We also tried the veal, which was fantastic. The service was excellent, and the prices were reasonable. We highly recommend this restaurant!

The scallops here are the best in Hudson or Marlborough. The fried combo is fantastic, and the steak fries are superb. The steak and cheese sandwich is reminiscent of a classic Philly cheesesteak—almost as good as the real thing!

Portion prices are ridiculous. They charge $12 for a house salad, and you only get three stuffed shells. This place used to be great years ago, but I won't be returning.
