Taco Bell - Huber Ridge

I mobile order from this location all the time. They're always wonderful and the order is correct. I never have to wait more than 10 minutes in the drive thru if there's a line which is no big deal. They seem understaffed often so they're trying their best. This is one of my favorite taco bells in the city.

They were really busy today but Joy was working the front register and the drive-thru and did an awesome job you could tell she was working very hard and she was very pleasant and nice

Worst Taco Bell around. It’s the most convenient yeah but expect to wait upwards of an hour in line because the workers could care less if they made orders at a decent rate. Not to mention once you’re in the drive through you are stuck. That’s it you better be ready to wait for ever for your order that’s gonna be cold by the time you get it. If you order on DoorDash don’t expect your food to arrive on time. Cuz dashers have to wait in the line like everyone else. So your food will be sitting in the back while your dasher waits for them to even have a chance at getting to the window to pick it up. Do better. Keep your seating area open for dashers and maybe knock out the pointless mulch patch that separates the parking spots from the drive through

This Taco Bell is extremely frustrating the are always understaffed (think 2 people in the store) which is not their fault, BUT they won’t close the dining room or the drive through. The drive through is the kind that you’re trapped in once you enter so your stuck for 20 minutes to a half hour waiting.

Taco Bell was on their A-game tonight. Might have been the person at the window doing a great job managing the team behind the scenes but every item I purchased exceeded my expectations. Hot, fresh delicious. I haven't always had that level of experience in the past at this location but if tonight is a look into future behavior, I will be returning again soon.
