Romeo's Pizza - Hubbard

I ordered from this restaurant after seeing a TV commercial that showcased their pizza, which looked amazing. However, the two half trays we received were flat and bland in appearance. While they tasted decent, they definitely didn't make it onto our list of great pizzas.

This restaurant is a joke. I ordered from them twice; the first time the food was okay, but the second time my large pizza arrived with toppings that could barely cover a medium pizza. I contacted their customer service department, and they said they would pass my complaint on to the district manager, but it's been six months and I still haven’t heard anything. Customer service is non-existent, and management seems to be nonexistent as well. It's just disappointing. With so many other choices in the city, I doubt this place will survive another month, especially with their terrible business model of under-delivering, over-promising, and ultimately disappointing customers.

The menus way overpriced. For that pricing you can order one item each week and it will be completely different every single time. The website is glitchy and you can half of the time not find all of the toppings. Beyond that the pizza is really nothing special.

Not good at all! ? Francisca was closed so we gave this a shot and never again. The pizza was not good. Taste like super sweet tomato sauce and nothing else. The boneless wings were just so regular nothing special at all. The cheesy bread sticks were over cooked and was too dry to eat even with the butter garlic sauce. We had high hopes but was highly disappointed. Wouldn’t recommend at all.
