Paris Wine - Hove

I was disappointed that I couldn't reserve a specific table in advance and was assigned one upon arrival. However, other guests arrived and seemed to know which table they had reserved.

At times, it can be difficult to fully enjoy a restaurant when there is another group that is loud and demanding attention. Despite this, we still had a great experience at this restaurant and enjoyed the delicious food and atmosphere.

This is a lively wine bar/tapas bar with a lot of energy. The staff was welcoming and efficient, and the food was nicely plated with generous portions. My only small complaint is that it can get quite loud, especially at the tables where people were only drinking and not eating.

We enjoyed another great evening in the Paris wine bar. The oysters were delicious as our other courses. The Lady Manager was so professional, but also welcoming for us, but also for other people who came. A very helpful member of the staff also offered to change the fish curry to fish stew that was previously on the menu. All in all a wonderful experience. Thank you.
