The Black Labrador - Houston

This is a wonderful British themed pub with all the trappings of dart boards, written and played by famous briten, and traditional English cuisine. the brotpudding recipe was excellent! fish and chips were prepared with satisfactory presentation.

Love the atmosphere and decoration and menu selection. the cheerful beer soup was amazing. wings were also good. my blue burger and pommes were huge. my son had the somerset Lachs/Bree, who was salzig. the salmon was smoked, which was a pleasant surprise. our server brought the appetizers and lures together. not sure why. but all in all I'm back.

When they go to the black labrador, they feel like they go in a stylish style of semi-renaissance euro pub with interesting eating, a lot of culture and craft beer. the outer is a beautiful visual candy land of wall reben, huge chess and cafe style sitting over a large open area around a natural and vintage vibe with great success. photographers are here around the clock. the interieur reminds of a waffel house and the entire vibe is a little trailer park. the coffee machine is budget and should have gone to rest ten years ago. getting a to-go coffee gives a styrofoam cup with a plastic lid and stroh for about $5.

I love her brotpudding. the service was a little slow, but we went late in the afternoon. fresh fish and chips. a little experience. allegedly dog friendly, the only place I saw was in front of the restaurant, and they had no umbrella or a veranda, only tree shadows. parking was tricky, it is hidden at the back near the st. thomas university. the restaurant is also a bit hidden, we have searched for it on our way and wisely. they have no visible sign to help them.

Had to stop! It?s a Saturday and you are out of Guinness Magners Cider! Unripened tomatoes in a classic spinach salad with cold AF bacon dressing. When bacon dressing is hot it is supposed to make the spinach wilt and is warm to the taste. Hubby had fish and chips and they need to change the oil in the fryer! Good luck! Black Lab the best thing you have was decor and patio, I will give you that!
