Taco Bell - Houston

I've been here numerous times before and have never had an issue until last night. Their closing time is supposed to be 3am and we have come through this drive-through various times in the past just before closing time and I never order anything complicated. Last night we expected the same thing, but were told at the drive through speaker that they were closed. I replied saying that their listed closing time states that they're open until 3am. She then said that they only allow for uber delivery or door dash to order. I asked why that would make a difference. She then replied that they stop taking orders from drive through customers at 2:30; I looked at the time and it was 2:33. Within that short span of time she wasted in dereliction of her duties, she could have just as easily kicked out a couple of burritos to go.

Didn't get the nacho fries I ordered. And they messed up on the cheesy gordita crunch so I have ended up with absolutely no dinner. When someone orders NO chipotle ranch, don't put it on their food. It gives me blisters. The steak quesadilla, whoever made it needs to be retrained. You don't put the meat in one spot on it. You spread it out. Hubbs already ate it, otherwise I'd take a picture
