Pollo Campero - Houston

I ordered a 22-piece meal with 4 sides on the app to avoid waiting, but when I arrived at the restaurant, they gave me the wrong order and I had to wait for my correct order. Upon returning home, I noticed that the food was not fresh, as the yuca and plantains had been reheated. Additionally, my salad and bread were missing. My husband had to return to the restaurant to rectify the mistake. While I believe in second chances, this is not the first time they have forgotten items or messed up our order. It is important for them to train their employees better.

Pollo Campero is one of my favorite restaurants. The staff is very friendly and I enjoy the grilled food because it is always fresh when I eat it.

I ordered empanadas and yuca fries, and Julia took my order. Julia was awesome and friendly! My food was still hot and the delivery was quick. They are always amazing!

My family loves pollencampero, but in our last visit I was very disappointed, I have the 20 pieces 1/2 grilled 1/2 fried, good for my surprise the lady who took my order told me that the system no longer allow her! so there is a less family.

This place is great! Food was delicious and great prices. Customer service was top notch. Highly recommend.
