Mcdonald's - Houston

I went for a frape and I spent more than 10 minutes waiting in the drive thru for them to arrive and they told me that they didn't have mocha. They asked me if I wanted caramel and I told them yes. I told the guy that I had already been waiting for more than 10 minutes for that they told me thatHe left and I was still waiting ? even for the candy one and when he brought it to me he closed the window and didn't even let me ask for the straw

I would give a zero rating if I could. This location needs to be shut down. The staff and managers are very rude, it’s a disgusting and dirty location, and the food is always horrible. Would avoid at all costs!!!

Got my order very quickly. The place was clean. Very nice people

I stop at the McDonald's almost everyday. This location and the one in Spring are the only ones who can make my ice coffee right. I love when I go there I see the same workers and the know me and my order when I come there.

It seems the drive-thru received the bulk of their attention...
