Mcdonald's - Houston

This experience was horrible. I tried to order a milkshake but they told me they didn’t have any. So I ordered a sprite. Then they gave me a plain biscuit with cheese and one strip of bacon. As we were leaving the restaurant, a lady started cussing and saying “I’m gonna talk to corporate!”, and rushed off. Don’t ever come here it’s horrible. They don’t listen to you or your concerns.

The food is what you expect McDonald's to be. It's great all around. Don't go late at night. The drive thru service is terrible. Half the time they don't have what you order and the staff seems to be pretty, under managed(drive thru late night only)Food: 4/5

Communication is lacking. Took over 5 mins to get them to understand what their problem was. Order 2 Meals+ 2 Lg Fries. How many Fries should you get?4. There are 3 in the bag. How many are missing? 1. Why does it take 5 mins to give me the Large Fry?Food: 5/5

I just wish I could get the breakfast burritos rolled the same way two days in a row. There's no consistency with that. And is it too much to ask to not glue them shut so they don't have to be torn open to add picante sauce?

The McDouble Cheeseburger was so stale and cold that the cheese was not even a little bit melted. The fries were also cold, and overcooked making them very hard and dry. We should have gone to Wendy 's but I was very hungry and my blood sugar was dropping fast so I had to go to the McDonald 's for a "Coca-Cola appetizer "Oh well maybe better next time I go there again??
