Bidra med feedbackWhen I was in there weeks ago the cashier told me that the server was new and that she gave me too much food. She made a big deal out of it and told the other cashier about it and they called the manager over to inform him. I disagree with her saying I was given too much food. I think this is very unprofessional to tell a customer this and to talk about another employee. Seems like they may have been trying to get this young black lady fired. As a customer I don't want to hear you complain about a co-worker that is just trying to survive and make an honest living. This is not a proper way to handle a situation that was not even a situation. Evidently there was something else going on. There is already too much hostility going on in this world and not enough compassion.
Service was great not my food tho chicken was raw and manager told the waitress they couldn’t do anything that it wasn’t raw how is she gonna tell me is not raw I work iWith food they need a better manager
I haven't been to Lubys in awhile. I still love the fried fish, macaroni and cheese and mashed potatoes with brown gravy. All the food looked good and tasted good.Food: 4/5
It's been a while since I've eaten at Lubys. So on this visit the food was very bland and tasteless. I started wondering if they cook food this way for the senior customers that maybe shouldn't consume too much sodium. Regardless, the food was a disappointment, especially since it's so overpriced for the to go portions.Food: 2/5
Ate the Luan platter, fried pork chop, mashed potatoes and gravy, immediately got stomach sick before I even left, also my wife got sick the only thing we ate the same was the brown gravy. was sick all week , kitchen really needs to check temperatures, of food and not re serve or re heat left over souls or gravy or food from day before. found out my Parents also got sick a week before.
