Kfc - Houston

The lady at the drive thru was so rude. First I couldn’t understand her and she kept asking “is that it? Move forward” every time we would say an order. It was su rude like pretty much saying hurry up. We couldn’t even tell what she said our total was. When we got to the window she asked for our order again and she was so rude again. Like lady we’re in front of you how can you get it wrong?? Most likely never going back because she was terrible.

If you live of work in Houston do not and I mean do not go to the KFC on OST! This heffa got mad cause I didn’t want extra crispy chiccen then got mad cause she didn’t hear me say cancel my order and charged my card anyway. On top of that she mean mugged me when I wanted a refund. I guess she get paid by the number of orders she take and not by the hour.

I ordered through Door Dash, but I won't be doing that again. My food was delivered to the wrong location, so I had to go through a lot of hassle to sort it out. Plus, I ordered one of their bowls and they didn't even include a fork.

I ordered from DoorDash, and it took a long time for my food to arrive. When it finally did, the order was completely wrong. To make matters worse, my driver was a man instead of a woman. I ended up driving to the restaurant myself because DoorDash was unhelpful; they said they had already received the payment and that I would need to contact KFC for a refund. They claimed they tried to reach out to KFC but received no response. Overall, it was a frustrating experience.

This KFC never seems to have what I'm looking for, whether it's pot pies, chicken, or drinks. There's always something unavailable. Come on, KFC on Old Spanish Trail, get it together!
