Chipotle Mexican Grill - Houston

I never write reviews. as always. but I went to this chipotle for the first time yesterday, 6 minutes before the conclusion of the time I try not to do because I know it was annoying, but yesterday was just one of these days. I was met with the most friendly staff who welcomed me as if I was his first customer of the day with a huge smile and was so welcoming and friendly. I expected at least an employment or an annoying when considering that they only try to close and it would be completely justified, but the friendliness and care he put in my meal and talk with me over my day was just so sweet. literally did not rush at all, gave good portions, did not hesitate when I asked for extra, heard without interrupting, and was only serving. the whole trajectory of my day changed. I will only come to this chipotle from now on, and someone gives the nice soul that made a strange smile, an increase!

Chipotle at 9319 Highway 6 SSte DHouston, TX 77083. If you come at 9:10pm (they close 10) there is only 1 person to wait on people. The other 4 was too busy getting ready to close. If there is an online/ call order that is done first before you (in store). Because it's more important to able to leave at 10 not stay to clean.

This is the worst chipotle I ever been too, its pretty sad because its so close to home. The place is run by a bunch of rude teenagers that work slow and mess up orders. I ordered online and they gave me a bowl instead of a burrito two times in a row now. I'm easygoing, I did not want to bother them about it, because I didn't want them to have to remake it, but when I opened my bowl, there was legitimately barley any steak, prices at chipotle are up and this place skimping on the meat?I ordered it via online and came like 20 minutes after placing, they didn't have my order ready, so I had to wait another 10 minutes. Place is terrible, and this chipotle has always been inconsistent in taste/service since they opened. Just not gonna come anymore honestly. Too many chances, too many disappointments.

Just fire the whole staff! The portions are small like it’s a kids bowl and the customer service is terrible. My first and last time at this location. The cashier was rude as hell. I’ve never experienced poor customer service at Chipotle until now! The current staff will bring this location down.

I stopped by this store today to order a burrito bowl. As the young server started my order I requested to have onions with no seasoning on them added to my bowl. I was told this could not be accommodated. I refused the order and left the store and ordered food from another restaurant to my satisfaction. I went back to Chipotle #3624 and spoke to the manager, Estaban. I explained my previous request and asked him if this is policy to not prepare an order with a simple modification as no seasonings be added to my onions. He stated that he couldn’t do it. Mind you, they had a whole bowl of peeled onions sitting on a table behind the counter! This is ridiculous and poor customer service. I have requested no seasoning on my onions and bell peppers at other Chipotle stores and they have happily obliged with a smile and superior service. I just can’t understand why this store chose to not cut a few slices off an onion that was already peeled sitting in a bowl with 50 more onions so that my order could be completed. I am totally baffled by this poor customer service! I will never return to this store again!
