Chipotle Mexican Grill - Houston

Customer service was not that good and the burrito I ordered was very small and had very little serving sizes and for that price I’m expecting a lot more.

At Jessicas restaurant you can enjoy a good family atmosphere with Honduran and Mexican food, breakfast at all times of the day, barbecue broths, etc.

Very good service. Happy over all experience. I'm and out pretty fast.

First time I was charged for extra rice at Chipotle. I thought Chipotle's policy was to allow extra rice. I wouldn't mind paying for extra rice had the servers told me that it would be extra for rice. The lack of communication and then ignoring my question on why I was charged extra is the reason for my poor experience at this location.

That's my favorite chipotle. today I went with my bf and had the burrito shells. the person who welcomed us was a dame, middle height, latina, done with make-up beautiful with a prominent lipstick feature. she had the most friendly demeanor and most beautiful attitude! I'm not sure she was the manager. I was like everyone was supposed to be like that? I felt very welcome as if she wanted us to be there and was really happy to see us. that was great. the chips were salty, I personally would have done with a little more cover, but they were fresh and tasty. the barbacoa was amazing! I was in other chipotles and it has a lot of fat, but not here. it was fresh and had a lot of meat in contrast to fat. I also tried the new garlic steak, but it didn't seem to taste all that different from the others.? all who work here do a great job and I come back again and again, many thanks! a small improvement would be proposed with the cash register that works today. she was a lady, African American and big, and she was very confused about what the small stackable color code indicators meant, and so I was charged for an article I didn't order. but I went up later and asked for it to be put on the side, so it was not a big thing. in any case recommend this place?
