Burger King - Houston

I had stopped patronizing all Burger King's for the past year or so because of an unresolved app AND franchisee issue so the visit on this trip was solely to rehydrate with free drink refills because of the 110⁰ temperature outside! This location seemed nice with no attitude staff though.

Fresh burgers and fries. Wait time not too long. Employee at window not friendly! Didn't ask about my Rewards.

Definitely need to fire whoever works Night Shift here this is the second time I’ve came here and have not been able to order ! Why come to work if you’re just gonna turn people away when you’re open 24 hours ! It’s 11:30 ! This is ridiculous! Does management know they are turning customers away because they don’t want to do their job ?!

Do not eat here!!!! I ordered online, and when I got there food still wasn’t ready we waited for a good 40min at the drive thru window.. so you would think everything fresh! no, when we received the food everything was cold like it had been made. and the drinks was watered down. I’ll never eat here again I went on June 7 12:00am and our order was messed up smh tried to call when I got home no answer

The food was hot, fresh, and tasted good. The French fries were fresh, and hot.
