The George Iv - HOUNSLOW

George iw is one of my favorite London pigs. I had many great meals there and countless pints of fullers london pride. the place is very well maintained and the staff is wonderful.

Great place to go with friends. Live music at the weekend. Eating was delicious, chicken wing stunning, tomas is great!

Someone must train the personal to provide a good customer experience. while a customer is being served, it is really rude that the barman starts a conversation with a local standing at the bar or with another employee. just. why are these people not taught basic mankind?

It is much bigger in the inner than it looks from the street, the bar is spacious and welcoming with friendly staff and a beautiful selection of beer. while they continue to come to a well-designed courtyard, aiming at smoker, but is a good outside area. then, when they wear on them, they get to the large functional space, which has its own bar and some very handy retired bench, which is ideal when they have live music. this is a great pub for so many reasons.

Ive come in last week with my mate to have what was meant to be a quick pint. To my suprise i found out i am completely invisible. It was mindblowing how many times barstaff walked past me. After around mins of being ignored...i finally was served by this rude, miserable man, who was quite tall, goth looking with tattoos. When i got my drinks, they looked a bit flat and not lively, but the barman had already ran away and there was no one else to get hold off. Will be coming back soon with family so i hope the customer service can be worked on a tad.
