They just need to hire more people, the speed is abysmal

I asked for ketchup, mayo and lettuce only on butter burger bacon. I got onions, pickles that I didn't ask for. The service took way too long (15 minutes), and were offered coupons for free ice cream (which was a good move). The unsweetened iced tea tasted old and was undrinkeable

Awful service. Waited forever to get our food. Watched as numerous people received their orders before us. We went up to the counter a couple times and all they said was that they were “short staffed in the kitchen” and that it “was coming” but multiple staff members seemed to just be standing around. The second time going to the counter after we had been waiting at least 40 minutes for our food they then told us they lost our ticket. Will definitely not be returning to this location.

I just had a small raspberry sundae, nothing else. It was great.

There was a bit of a wait, but the gentleman that took our order was so personable and upbeat. The order was take out and might have taken a bit longer than normal but everyone had a smile.
