Freddy's Frozen Custard Steakburgers

Terrible experience. I ordered a well-done burger and cheese fries, making sure to emphasize multiple times that I wanted it burnt to ensure it was crispy. I would much rather have a burnt burger than one that's undercooked. The staff even noted "well done" on the receipt, so I assumed they would take care of it. Unfortunately, the burger arrived less cooked than if I hadn’t specified anything at all. I asked them to cook it longer, but as I sat at a dirty table for 25 minutes waiting for it to be fixed—since all the tables were messy—I started on my fries. To make matters worse, I found two hairs in them. After waiting half an hour and still not receiving my order, I decided to throw everything away and leave. This is just unacceptable. I understand that good help is hard to find, but this was just too much.

This was my first experience at this restaurant chain, and I was truly impressed! Everything was absolutely delicious! I can't wait to return!

Freddy's is awesome, but the IHOP in Hot Springs should be shut down. It's extremely dirty.

The food was great. Except we did seem to get the last fries in the bag. Lol. They were all tinyand hard to eat. Loved the Custard.But the place was DIRTY. Tables and seats dirty. Under the table had spills and food on the floor. Trash containers were all full. And the booth we sat in was broken. We felt grossed out.

The Original double with cheese is so yummy! And the Chocolate brownie concrete is to die for, I got the mini and it was enough because they are so thick and creamy.
