Subway - Hot Springs Village

Great place for a bread sandwich. Steadily gone downhill. A steak and cheese is all bread no meat. I dont know how franchisee gets approved but this place puts shame on the brand

I pulled in to the location 5 minutes before closing time, I could see the employee mopping the floor, and another behind the counter looking at my headlights like a deer caught....needless to say, received perfect customer service, despite my bad timingand I am sure their frustration! Thank you Subway!

I visited this store and ordered a footlong and a 6-inch sub, asking for them to be toasted. Even though the oven seemed to be functioning, they told me it wasn’t working, and I didn't feel I was treated well. I noticed what seemed like a difference in treatment based on race, which I find really disappointing. This happened on the night of August 11th (Thursday), when there was one man and two women working in the store. I believe that if there is respect for people from other countries, everyone should be treated fairly.

The service is prompt, and the sandwiches are expertly made. This location consistently maintains high quality.
